As an operational leader, I’ve spent years directing cross-functional teams, overhauling broken service models, and systematically removing the bottlenecks that stall business growth. Whether it’s building a department from zero or restructuring workflows to stop client churn, my approach is always data-driven, blunt, and focused entirely on the bottom line.

I live on the Seacoast of New Hampshire with my wife and daughter. So when I’m not digging into business scorecards or designing operational blueprints, you can usually find me out on the water with my family listening to Dave Matthews Band.
